A few months ago, the collective known as the Pivot Gang dropped off a collective album. The project served as a formal introduction to the crew. Today the Pivot Gang’s own, MfnMelo is back, offering up an album of his own. The wordsmith returns with ‘Everybody Eats,’ an infectious collection of new material. For anyone up familiar with MfnMelo, you are missing out. The new album arrives nearly two years after the release of Melodramatics, and as expected, the artist brings his a-game.
‘Everybody Eats’ comes loaded up with eleven new tracks, led by the single “What a Life.” Along the way, MfnMelo gives us a dose of his style and delivery, cooking up a barrage of impressive material along the way. The artist links up with a bevy of other talented musicians and artists. Along the way, he gets features from the likes of Frsh Waters, Qari, Saba, Akenya, Adam Ness, & Mick Jenkins. Production comes from Monte Booker, daedaePIVOT & more. The collection is a solid showcase of MfnMelo’s abilities behind the mic, and he certainly doesn’t fall short in the process.
