It’s never a bad day when we get some new music from Miguel. The crooner has been on a bit of a hiatus lately, but he ends that today with a new single. The crooner returns with a slick new cut entitled “Funeral.” The latest time we heard from Miguel was on his track “Vote” that was on the Crazy Rich Asians soundtrack. “Funeral” is a bit of a departure from previous releases, providing a new vibe while dropping a contagious new single.
The track arrives as his SUPAFLY single “R.A.N.” does its thing on California radio stations. This new track, though, “Funeral” showcases the artist’s growth as an artist and as a man. The track is backed by strong overtones, driven by this contagious instrumental that allows Miguel a perfect home to excel. He does so, serving up a smooth, addictive new single while showcasing his vocal prowess seamlessly. This dude never disappoints, and he certainly doesn’t start today.
No word on where this track may end up, or if Miguel is working on a new project. However, we’ll definitely keep you in the know.
