Modern Luxury | The Benahavis House By Fran Silvestre Arquitectos

Modern architecture encompasses a range of ideas, concepts, and unique design cues. Today we get a look at a beautiful structure dubbed the Benahavis House. This stunning design occupies a steep slope in Spain’s Costa del Sol. However, rather letting the terrain become a negative, the home uses the topography as inspiration.

The upper level of the Benahavis House cantilevers over the hillside. The space is propped up by a perpendicular base. The main living areas of the home are houses in the rectangular volume with the bedrooms in the center. The more communal areas of the home are around the perimeter.

The house features full-height glazing that allows you to take advantage of the views to the north and south. The supporting element leads to the bottom of the property, opening to a garden surrounding a sleek swimming pool. The dwelling is sleek and eye-catching, minimal yet bold.

Take a closer look at and inside the Benahavis House in the images below. Head over to Fran Silvestre Arquitectos to find out more and keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more modern architecture and design coming very soon.
