NASA & Medicom Unleash The “BLACK HOLE” BE@RBRICK Set

The good folks over at Medicom Toy have been busy. After unleashing a slew of outstanding collaborations this year, the brand is back with another one. Medicom Toy has joined forces with NASA for the upcoming BE@RBRICK “BLACK HOLE” figures. The new set includes several black hole renderings surrounded by images of distorted celestial bodies. The marble-like finish is eye-catching, while “Simulation by NASA” lies underneath the title text on the chest.

The designs also feature inscriptions that reference the imagery used for the design. The Gaia spacecraft mentioned on the designs was a mission launched by the European Space Agency in 2013. The information gathered is processed and studied at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center. These details come out in the “BLACK HOLE” BE@RBRICKs making them something unique and impressive. The NASA x Medicom Toy “BLACK HOLE” BE@RBRICKs will be available exclusively at 2G Tokyo and 2G Osaka via an online raffle.

Take a closer look at the set in the images below and head over to Medicom Toy to find out more. While you’re at it, keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more outstanding designs and collectibles coming very soon.
