New Inspirations! The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Year of the Tiger”

The good folks over at Nike pay homage to Chinese New Year each year with a collection of footwear. This year is no different. The Oregan-based sportswear company continues the trend with an array of footwear yet again, one being the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Year of the Tiger.”

The sneakers come rocking that always-loved silhouette, which integrates many distinctive elements. The uppers are crafted with a white canvas material that is overlaid with golden yellow and black tiger-striped Swooshes. The stripes match the zodiac-inspired motif, while the traditional Nike Air branding on the tongues is replaced with a unique “T” logo.

The lateral heels are embroidered with an intricate image of a tiger, and the liners boast a cherry red color with bright orange details found on the heels and tread. While there is no exact release date as of yet. It’s likely that Nike will drop these in the coming weeks, just ahead of Lunar New Year.

Take a closer look at the “Year of the Tiger” Air Force 1 Lows in the images and head over to Nike to find out more. Be sure to check back with The Culture Curators for more outstanding footwear drops coming soon.
