Following a bevy of new takes on classic silhouettes, Nike is back at it once again. Today the sportswear giant is back with a brand new take on the iconic Air Max 97. Today we get our first look at the Nike Air Max 97 “Might Swooshers.” The silhouette arrives with a striking new colorway incorporating a black mesh base with silver, white, black, and polka-dot details, which feature blue and red accents.
The clean and unique design features rounded laces that are speckled, while bright yellow pull tabs are decorated with “Air Max!” and “!?” details. Additional details include mismatched insoles which display “The Battle of Dimension” and “Nike And The Mighty Swooshers” in a sci-fi-inspired text. The sneakers are also adorned with translucent air bubble midsoles with “SWOOSH!” branding, finished off by two-tone black and white rubber outsoles. The Nike Air Max 97 “Mighty Swooshers” are expected to arrive on July 1st at Nike’s website and select retailers.
