On An Adventure! This Is The 2021 Toyota Sienna Platinum

What’s the perfect vehicle for a summer road trip? Well, we found out! Toyota made our family vacation one we will never forget when they loaned us the all-new 2021 Toyota Sienna Platinum! We drove from Central Florida to the Smoky Mountains and spent a week cruising the backroads, exploring local hot spots, and avoiding black bears. The exterior appearance, interior comfort, hybrid performance, and advanced safety system are just a few of the features that made this ride unbelievable!

The first thing we noticed was the exterior’s sleek and sexy appearance, which are not characteristics generally associated with minivans. The modern lines and upscale styling screamed luxury right from the beginning. This looks and feels more like a piece of art than a functional family wagon. From the chrome accents to the 18” metallic wheels, this van has unmistakable style!

One of the most important aspects when going on a 1200 mile adventure with kids is the INTERIOR! This ride was a full entertainment center on wheels, a win-win for parents and kids! The 11.6” drop-down screen with HDMI inputs took Nintendo’s Smash Bros to a whole new level. The kids could stretch out in the reclining captain’s chairs with built-in ottomans, giving them the UGSP (Ultimate Gaming Seat Position). For the adults, the Sienna’s leather-trimmed heated and ventilated front seats and 8-way power-adjustable driver’s seat with power lumbar lived up to the hype. Everyone loved the abundance of USB charging ports for all the phones, tablets, and devices in tow.

Know what else makes a great road trip? Minimal stops to fuel up! The Hybrid powertrain provided a quiet yet powerful ride and a trip average of 36 MPG. With its estimated 650 mile range on a full tank, it only took one stop to get to our destination and one stop to get home. The AWD came in handy more than a few times while climbing gravel inclines at our AirBnB and avoiding bears.

Ok, and here’s what every Swagger Wagon parent wants to know about. Safety. And the Sienna has all the high-tech features to keep you and your family out of harm’s way. The Toyota Safety Sense 2.0 includes Blind-spot Monitoring, Pedestrian Detection, Auto High Beams, and Lane Tracing Assist. We especially loved the lane departure alert system on those curvy mountain roads! An audio and visual warning would let us know if we got too close to the line and could then provide gentle corrective steering if needed! And we can’t forget to mention the Heads-up Display.  The vehicle’s speed, warning indicators, and turn-by-turn navigation could all be displayed on the front windshield with easy, unobtrusive viewing.

When we got home to Florida, we couldn’t help but brag about this vehicle. Several friends and followers were surprised this was a minivan, believing it to be an SUV from our real-time social media stories and posts. Can a minivan be that dope? If it’s a 2021 Toyota Sienna Platinum, yes, it can! So, If you’re looking for stylish exterior appearance, interior comfort and entertainment, deluxe hybrid performance, and high-tech safety features, the 2021 Toyota Sienna is definitely the way to go.
