Our Ocala is expanding and changing rapidly. Downtown has evolved into something special full of great spots to eat, drink, and unwind. As Summer starts to creep in, we decided to go on a hunt for the best burger that downtown Ocala has to offer. With a bevy of options to choose from, we linked up with Ocala Main Street for the Downtown Burger Tour.
On our adventure, we will visit restaurants in the downtown Ocala area and sample their best burger, sharing all the details you need to know! Our first stop, Bank$treet Patio Bar, where Adam Volpe has created a new menu full of exceptional culinary masterpieces. Our focus was on the Bank Burger, an incredible combination of flavors and texture to satisfy your next burger craving.
Mr. Volpe and his fantastic staff have created a burger that you need in your life. The Bank Burger features a double smash burger, which is two beef patties that have been smashed flat and grilled to perfection. The burger is then draped in their bacon-onion jam, which is a showpiece all on its own. The jam features a rich blend of bacon and onion, which seamlessly combine with the burger for a stunning and flavorful union. The Bank Burger is then finished off with some old classics, American cheese, shredded lettuce, and a special sauce that Adam will not disclose. All those incredible ingredients come together on a potato bun, which finishes the burger perfectly. Packed with exceptional flavor, cooked to perfection, and served to look like a photograph, the Bank Burger is something you will catch us enjoying all Summer!
