Through the years, we’ve seen some creative uses for shipping containers. We’ve seen homes, we’ve seen bars, and we’ve even seen shipping containers transformed into swimming pools. Today we take a look at a unique shipping container construction that provides a unique space to say in rural Brazil. The Cambara Container House is a sustainable retreat that is sure to take you far away from reality. Each container measures in at 20 feet long, offering two tiny homes with 365-square-feet of living space.
While the homes are compact, the interiors feature a spacious concept thanks to an open floor plan. The houses boast a private bathroom, kitchenette, a double bed, and a sitting area. There is even a sleeper sofa, as well as a comfortable, cozy aesthetic throughout. The wood-burning stove provides heat, while a wall of glazing offers stunning views of the valley and the natural surroundings. To top things off, a rooftop platform offers a great place to relax, while boasting unrivaled views all around.
