Pink Sweat$ – The Prelude EP

For anyone that hasn’t gotten familiar with the sounds and talents of Pink Sweat$, pay attention. This man has been unleashing some impressive tunes over the past few years. Today he’s back, and he returns with a brand new EP for our listening enjoyment. After serving up two EP’s in his year out, the Philly native is back with The Prelude EP. The six-track project follows up Volume 1 and Volume 2, his first initial releases, and arrives as an entirely solo effort.

The EP is a prequel to his debut album, Pink Planet, which is slated to arrive soon. The singer/songwriter shows off his vocal prowess and delivery effortlessly, cooking up a solid showcase of his abilities in the process. The EP is led by the previously-released singles, “17” and “Not Alright,” while Pink gives us another impressive and catching collection of sound.

The EP is just another example of his infectious talents, and he provides something smooth, soulful, and sleek, to say the least. The project includes other standouts such as “Icy,” “At My Worst,” and “Lows.” Pink Sweat$ provides us with another reason to be a fan, offering up a new EP in preparation for his debut album in the process.

Take a few minutes from your busy day and check out the new EP, The Prelude, in the stream below. In the meantime, keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more new music coming very soon.
