The good folks over at Porsche are looking to ride into the future and do so in style. The future is upon us, and today Porsche returns with a look at one of their latest creations, the Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid Sedan. The new design takes Porsche deeper into the world of e-power, offering a twin-turbo V8, which is now paired with a 134 horsepower electric motor. This equates to 689 horsepower and 643 lb-ft of torque.
The results are better acceleration, to say the least, with a claimed 0-60 mph time of just 3.2 seconds. The vehicle has been outfitted with redesigned headlights, as well as larger side intakes. These unique details aim to set the Turbo S E-Hybrid apart from the rest of the lineup. The ride will also be offered with three different wheel options and two new colorways.
The chassis, electronic control systems, and all-wheel-drive systems have all been revamped to utilize the improved power. The ride even comes standard with Porsche’s ceramic-composite brakes. This machine is nothing short of impressive and another step into the future for the iconic automaker.
