It’s never a bad day when we get some new music from Pusha T. Today; the lyricist is back with something brand new for our listening enjoyment. Today Pusha serves up a new single entitled “Misfit Toys.” The track arrives after news that the wordsmith has been working on a follow-up to his 2018 album DAYTONA. He even added that it would be the best album of 2021.
With 2021 just weeks away from being over, Pusha returns with a new track, linking up with Mako for something impressive and infectious. “Misfit Toys” is actually part of the soundtrack to the Netflix animated series Arcane: League of Legends. Pusha T serves up some of his uncanny and unadulterated wordplay, effortlessly showing off his style and lyrical prowess. The track is pushed by these snappy, menacing drum sections while paired with some sleek, almost ominous melodies. Push hits the track running, effortlessly putting together a smooth display of his abilities behind the mic. While the track will live on the soundtrack to the Netflix animated series Arcane: League of Legends, there is no word on whether Pusha will release a new album before the end of the year.
