He’s back! The one and only, Pusha T makes his return, arriving with a brand new single for our listening enjoyment. Today Pusha unleashes “Sociopath,” his first new solo single since dropping his 2018 project, DAYTONA. Pusha again serves up a dose of his gritty and respectable talents, unleashing something quite contagious along the way. The track arrives two months after making an appearance on Benny the Butcher’s acclaimed The Plugs I Met EP.
The track finds the wordsmith doing his thing over top of production from Kanye West, as both showcase their talents quite well. Pusha also opened up about working with Kanye recently. He stated: “I watched him do 35 tracks … People took that seven number for granted, but it was a lot.” He went on to add “It was really a lot, like super tedious. Hours of finding interesting chops and loops and things like that.” He finished things off by stating: “He spearheaded everything. I thought it was phenomenal … Just watching him discover all those sounds and actually make the music, it was a lot.”
“Sociopath” finds Pusha T sharing the track with Kash Doll, who effortlessly shows of her talents along the way. This is certainly one track we wouldn’t suggest sleeping on.
