Race Ready | Porsche Revamps The 911 RSR Race Car

When it comes to the world of motorsports, few brands have the legacy that Porsche does. The auto manufacturer and their racing team have quite a history of legendary liveries on their race-ready rides. These stunning schemes are matched by their legacy on the podium, which is looking to grow in 2019. One of those legendary liveries was created in partnership with Coca-Cola. The two brands are at it once again, pairing up to revamp this year’s 911 RSR race car.

Porsche and Coca-Cola have quite a history working together. Porsche’s iconic 917K from 1986, which won the Sebring 12-hour that year featured the brand’s signature red-and-white scheme. Even more, this new collaboration is making its debut at the Petit Le Mans race in Atlanta on the Road Atlanta racetrack. Which happens to be financed by Coca-Cola, in the city the brand calls home. The revamped RSR honors the 50th anniversary year of the International Motor Sports Association, looking for a dominating presence on the track.

Take a closer look at this beautiful, iconic looking machine in the images below and learn more about the ride from Porsche right here. Keep it locked with us at The Culture Curators for more from the world of speed and racing coming soon.
