Known for crafting stunning timepieces with exquisite detail, Richard Mille is at it again. Mille’s timepieces have been seen worn by fans such as Pharrell, Drake, Frank Ocean, and many more. Today the Swiss luxury watchmaking brand returns to reinterpret the pocket watch. The stunning new RM 020 Tourbillon Pocket Watch brings a classic design into modern times.
The new timepiece is built around a carbon nanofiber composite baseplate. The plate was molded under extreme pressure at a temperature of 2,000˚C to ensure high mechanical, physical, and chemical stability. The timepiece measures in at 62mm tall and 52mm wide, boasting a manually-wound design.
The face features running hours, minutes, power reserve, and various function indicators. Elsewhere we see a Cheval Frères crown while a rugged titanium chain and matching desk stand finishes things off. The RM 020 Tourbillon Pocket Watch is an icon reimagined and something worth your time and attention.
