The one and only, RetcH, is back. The wordsmith is known for his dark undertones and his eccentric beat selections. Back in 2019, he dropped off his album, Still Goin’ Up, which is still in steady rotation around these parts. Since then, he’s been relatively quiet until today. RetcH returns with a brand new heater entitled “Chevy.” The track finds the wordsmith linking up with BWOLF201, who serves up one hell of an instrumental for the lyricist to shine upon.
RetcH doesn’t disappoint, reciprocating with some of his lyrical prowess and infectious delivery. The track certainly has dark undertones, but it’s definitely one worth checking out. RetcH raps: “Since a little kid, I was bangin’ the set. I get you killed by sendin’ a text. Swervin’, pull up, we jump out suburbans. She seen me on Insta, seen me on Insta. That means that I look better in person.” Don’t sleep on this one.
