The good folks over at adidas make their return today. Today the brand with the three stripes unveils the ULTRABOOST 21, a fresh update of its most successful ever running franchise. A team of leading adidas designers and product developers worked closely with the adidas running community and testers to create the new silhouette.
The ULTRABOOST 21 reimagines the original while delivering a bold new design that is combined with the latest in performance technology. The ULTRABOOST 21 features a redesigned torsion system that provides a 15% increase in forefoot bending stiffness. The sneaker also features adidas’ proprietary midsole BOOST technology, which packs in 6% more BOOST through an exaggerated heel curve. This results in incredible energy return and comfort in every step.
The silhouette also features a newly redesigned ‘Linear Energy Push’ torsion system with stiffer, reinforced material in the midsole. The upper is host to a more precise knit designed and forged for incredible support and enhanced movement. This means pure comfort and lightweight performance.
The upper has been crafted with PRIMEBLUE, a high-performance recycled material containing at least 50% Parley Ocean Plastic. The adidas ULTRABOOST 21 will arrive on January 28th, 2021, arriving in a vibrant white and fluorescent yellow colorway.
