For anyone who hasn’t been put on to the sounds and talents of Ro James, pay attention. Mr. James has made quite a name for himself over the past several years. He’s dropped an array of outstanding music, including his Coke, Jack, and Cadillacs trilogy to his Eldorado debut. Today the Germany-bred crooner is back with a brand new single for our listening enjoyment. The track is called “Last Time,” a smooth clip on Usher’s “Can U Handle It” off his classic Confessions album.
The track finds Ro getting back on his grind and lacing us with something incredible. The artist recently spoke about his creative process. Ro stated: “I’ve just been in my creative space for a little while figuring out how to make sure I make the greatest [album] and being honest with what I feel at the moment.” Mr. James added, “I took my time and took a little break and fell out the energy, lived a little bit, so now it’s time to put it out.” He’s currently working on a new project, dropping off this new single to build the hype. The smooth backdrop is familiar and infectious. Ro takes to the track and serves up a dose of his vocal prowess, showing out and providing us with something exceptional.
