RoboBurger: The World’s First Burger Vending Machine

Who doesn’t love a good hamburger? We’re big fans of the classic, and today we get a look at something that is changing the game. Today we get a look at RoboBurger, the world’s first burger vending machine. The startup behind the machine claims that the invention is the “biggest innovation in hot food vending since the invention of the microwave.”

The machine debuted in Jersey City’s Newport Centre Mall, occupying around 12 square feet. The automated machine can make a burger from scratch in about six minutes. RoboBurger replicates the same five-step cooking process used at many fast-food chains. Upon ordering, the machine uses an automated griddle to grill a grass-fed Angus beef antibiotic-free patty before toasting a locally made potato bun. Customers can customize their order, adding ketchup, mustard, and cheese.

The device also boasts a built-in cleaning system. Roboburger accepts Apple Pay and Google Pay. The company has plans to launch other automated machines at other malls, airports, colleges, and more.

Check out the device in the short video below and find out more about RoboBurger immediately. In the meantime, keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more from the food & drink menu coming soon.
