With a brand new album on the horizon, SAINt JHN is back at it again. After serving up his single “Gorgeous” just a few weeks ago, the Brooklyn representative returns with a new one today. This one is called “Sucks To Be You,” which serves as the latest single from his upcoming album. His project, While The World Was Burning, is now set to drop on November 20th, and he recently revealed the guest list. First, let’s talk about the new single.
As usual, SAINt JHN brings his vocal and lyrical prowess to the mix. The track is pushed by this laid back, mid-tempo instrumental that provides the wordsmith with a perfect home to do his thing. He does his thing over top of these lush synth sections and rattling percussion, effortlessly showing off his undeniable talents behind the mic. This one leans more toward the vocal side of things, but it’s certainly one we wouldn’t suggest sleeping on. Now, back to his upcoming album, While The World Was Burning. The album will feature the likes of Lil Uzi Vert, A Boogie wit da Hoodie, DaBaby, Kanye West, J.I.D, Kehlani, and 6LACK.
