Is there anything better than a hot cup of cocoa on a cold winter day? Probably not! The good folks over at Pepsi return, and in doing so, they are looking to warm up winter with their latest concoction. Today we get our first look at the brand’s “Cocoa” Cola. The company took to Twitter and stated: “What’s sweeter than saying ‘bye’ to the worst year ever? Pepsi ‘Cocoa’ Cola — the latest concept from the Pepsi Test Kitchen.”
The drink was only ever meant to be a concept; however, Twitter could convince the team to develop and produce a small batch. The company responded to several tweets, stating: “Well, it looks like you’re all pretty thirsty for some Pepsi ‘Cocoa’ Cola. Stay tuned for details coming in 2021!” The drink is expected to arrive sometime next year, boasting Pepsi’s classic taste with notes of chocolate and marshmallow hot chocolate.
