With every new update for iOS comes a bevy of new emojis. With iOS 14.5 set to arrive soon, today we get our first look at Unicode Consortium’s Emoji 13.1 release. The new range of emojis are set to come soon, this time offering even more skin tone options, as well as new smiley faces, hearts, and more.
A few notable selections from the update include options for the “Person:Beard, “Man:Beard” and “Woman:Beard.” Users will also find “Couples Kissing” and “Couples with Heart” emojis, all of which will include more skin tone combinations. In terms of brand new emojis arriving, expect to see an “Exhaling Face” and “Face with Spiral Eyes.” Other new options include a “Face in Clouds,” “Heart on Fire,” and “Mending Heart.” Elsewhere we see the Blood Syringe changed into a Vaccination Syringe while simple headphones will resemble the Apple AirPods Max.
