Share Your Views! Ray-Ban Stories Smart Glasses

The good folks over at Ray-Ban are back, returning with something new and futuristic. Today we get our first look at the Ray-Ban Stories Smart Glasses. Developed in collaboration with Facebook, Ray-Ban Stories are smart glasses that let wearers capture and share photos and video, listen to music, and take phone calls from their frames. Each pair features two 5-megapixel cameras integrated into the temples, along with open-ear speakers and a three-microphone audio array.

The glasses work with Beamforming technology and a background noise suppression algorithm, offering clear calls and sound. The frames also boast a dedicated capture button for photos and video and a hard-wired LED that lights up when the cameras are being used. A touchpad on the side of the steps provides audio control, and the glasses are compatible with Facebook Assistant voice commands.

The sunglasses arrive in a traditional sunglasses bag as well as a charging case, which extends the battery life. Twenty different style combinations are available, including sunglasses and eyeglasses in three silhouettes: Round, Meteor, and the iconic Wayfarer.

Take a closer look at the sunnies in the images and head over to Ray-Ban to find out more right now. In the meantime, keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more from the intersection of tech and style coming very soon.
