The one and only, Shenseea returns. After much anticipation, the dancehall superstar returns with her long-awaited debut album. The project is entitled ‘Alpha,’ and Shenseea serves up an infectious dose of her talents and personality. The project arrives with fourteen tracks, led by the single “Lick” featuring none other than Megan The Stallion. The album is also host to the previously released singles “R U That,” featuring 21 Savage and her latest offering, “Deserve It.”
Along the way, Shenseea gives us some of her uncanny abilities behind the emic, linking up with a bevy of outstanding guests. She is joined by the likes of Offset, Tyga, Beenie Man, and Sean Paul. Some of our favorite tracks from the album include “Bouncy” featuring Offset, “Lying If I Call It Love” with Sean Paul, “Body Count,” and “Blessed” featuring Tyga. Elsewhere she holds it down on her own such as “Egocentric,” “Can’t Anymore,” and the standout single “Deserve It.”
