The one and only, Skip Marley made his return recently. The artist is the descendant of the legendary Marley family, and he returns with a remix of his latest single, “Slow Down.” The grandson of Bob Marley, Skip, returns with the “Slow Down (Remix)” along with Wale. The original featured H.E.R., who also stays on the single, while Wale adds his lyrical prowess.
The track’s instrumental stays the same, providing Wale with an incredible and highly contagious home to do his thing upon. Driven by some incredibly addictive melodies and these cool, laid back drum work, the track allows Wale to talk his talk flawlessly. He does so, as expected, adding a nice touch to the single. The original was released in late 2019, but the refresh is sure to add some new life to it.
