Smooth Sips | The Green House T&T from Tanqueray

Fall might be on the horizon, but as of now, we are stuck in the dog days of Summer. It’s hot, and what better way to cool down than a refreshing yet potent drink? If your answer was “nothing,” we are officially best friends. We don’t need a good excuse to enjoy a great drink, though a warm day is always a great reason. The good folks over at Tanqueray are back with a refreshing blend to beat the heat as Summer comes to an end.

This drink recipe, the Green House T&T is an upgraded rendition of the classic Gin & Tonic. Both delicious and aesthetically-pleasing, this recipe is perfect for Summer, bringing potency, flavor and a pop of Summer color. The Green House T&T calls for a blend of Tanqueray No. Ten and tonic water. This combination boasts a garnish of cucumber ribbon with lemon zest. Bold and brilliant, classic yet crisp and refreshing, the Glass House T&T is undoubtedly one worth trying for yourself.

Ingredients:

1.25oz Tanqueray No. TEN

Tonic Water

Glassware: Copa Glass

Garnish: Cucumber Ribbon, Lemon Zest

Floral Garnish: Mint, Thyme, Yellow Yarrow, Song of India leaf

Method: Add cucumber ribbon to the inside of glass, add ice to glass with Tanqueray No. TEN. Top with tonic. Zest lemon over the top of the cocktail after floral garnish is placed.
