Something Stylish | A New NEIGHBORHOOD x Converse Collaboration

For anyone looking to elevate their style subtly for Fall, pay attention. Converse and NEIGHBORHOOD have teamed up once again. The brands have come together for a full collection inspired by motorcyclists. The new collaboration includes an array of apparel and accessories. The new range is anchored by new All Star Chuck Taylor ‘70 and Jack Purcell silhouette. The collection is sleek and understated, merging Shinsuke Takizawa‘s familiar design cues with iconic designs from Converse.

The collection is lead by the blacked-out Chuck Taylor All-Star ’70s. The sneakers come boasting an oversized velcro closure on the forefoot that reads “Craft With Pride” and “Shift.” These reference the actions of switching gears with your foot while riding a bike. The upper boasts construction from sturdy leather and canvas. The Jack Purcell’s are seen in a mostly-tonal black aesthetic.

The sneakers are host to white lettering on the midsole reads “NBHDCNSJP”. The kicks come accented by a white toe box with black rubber reinforcement. The upper comes crafted of suede and leather. While boasting a Kanji character on the rear translates to mean “resistance”. Other standouts from the collection include a black coaches jacket with co-branded Converse and Neighborhood iconography. T-shirts, hoodies, a sweatsuit, and embroidered hat finish things off.

Take a look at the eye-catching collaboration below. Be on the lookout for the capsule to arrive on Converse’s website and select stockists August 24th. Stay tuned for more style and more streetwear coming soon.
