Speed & Style! The All-New Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4 Coupe

Back in 1971, Lamborghini debuted the legendary and forward-minded Lamborghini Countach. The vehicle was a showcase of automotive design, and its poster was on the walls of kids, adults, and auto enthusiasts across the world. To honor the Countach’s 50th anniversary, the Italian automaker is bringing it back in modern form. Today we get our first look at the  Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4 Coupe. Sleek, stylish, and easily identifiable as a Countach, this stunning new iteration is a perfect addition to the family.

The vehicle features clean lines and an aggressive look paired with a rear longitudinal V12 motor. The scissor doors, built-in air intakes, and distinctive shark gills pay homage to the fast, while everything has a contemporary edge. The V12 that powers this stunning machine is a 6.5-liter that is paired with a 48V electric motor mounted directly on the gearbox.

Combined, the two produce 802hp, which equates to a top speed of 220 mph. The power is pushed to all corners via a four-wheel-drive system, while its body and chassis are made from carbon fiber. The interior includes modern touches such as a photochromic glass roof that changes from matte to transparent, multiple driving modes, and an 8.4″ touchscreen with Apple CarPlay support. But, Lamborghini is only making 112 examples. So act fast.
