The good folks over at Wendy’s are looking to spice things up a bit. Today the fast-food chain is back in the news with something new, introducing its all-new Jalapeño Popper Chicken Sandwich and Salad. Looking to become the Queen of Spice, the chain is stepping away from the competition with two spicy new offerings. The new menu items are sure to add something hot to your lunch and dinner routine, doing so with bold flavor to match.
The Jalapeño Popper Chicken Sandwich includes a breaded and fried spicy chicken fillet with creamy jalapeño cream cheese and jalapeño slices. Don’t let us forget the three slices of applewood smoked bacon, pepper jack cheese, and warm cheddar cheese sauce held between a fluffy bun.
The accompanying Jalapeño Popper Chicken Salad features a bed of mixed lettuce topped with spicy chicken, applewood smoked bacon, slices of jalapenos, and shredded pepper jack. Add some juicy diced tomatoes, jalapeño ranch dressing, and crispy jalapeño cheddar croutons, and you’ve got something special.
