Today they bring a potent and tasty new option dubbed the Salty Dog. Unique, fresh, great-tasting, and easy to make, the Salty Dog is a perfect blend for the warmer days ahead.
The recipe calls for a brilliant combination of Firefly Ruby Red Grapefruit vodka, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, a jalapeno, and some salt. A little bit sweet, a little bit spicy, the Salty Dog is sure to be one of our favorites for the next few months. Salty Dog
- 2 oz Firefly Ruby Red Grapefruit vodka
- 4 oz grapefruit juice
- ½ tsp simple syrup
- 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced – optional
- Salt
Rim glass with salt. If using jalapeno, muddle with simple syrup in a glass. Add ice then grapefruit juice and vodka. Stir to combine. Garnish with a grapefruit slice, lime wedge and/or jalapeno slice.
