The Cool
1 oz 1800 Silver
.5 oz Cucumber Juice
.5 oz Lemon Juice
.25 oz Simple Syrup
In a mixing tin, combine all ingredients; add ice, shake hard for 10 seconds
Pour into Flute glass, top with champagne
Garnish with long cucumber peel (swirled)
