Look, if you are anything like us, you enjoy a good drink. You know what makes a good drink even better? A great place to drink it. Today we get a look at the 1850 Bar. This unique establishment is a speakeasy bar located in American Express’ Centurion Lounge in Terminal 4 at John F. Kennedy Airport in New York. The location will feature an Equinox Body Lab, as well as the 1850 Bar.
The watering hole pays homage to the year the company was founded and influenced by traditional Prohibition details. Guests will be able to enjoy cocktails next to elements taken from New York’s cultural landmarks. In terms of the menu, the offerings will include a bevy of unique classic and custom cocktails. The drinks will be created by mixologist Jim Meehan, while dishes are to be curated by Chef Ignacio Mattos. The space is sure to be one to visit.
