Stevie Wonder – Can’t Put It In The Hands Of Fate

It’s not every day that we get new music from a legend. That all changes today as Stevie Wonder returns with something brand new for our listening enjoyment. Today the icon and living legend is back with a smooth new single for our listening enjoyment. The track is called “Can’t Put It In The Hands Of Fate,” and the crooner doesn’t disappoint. He hasn’t released a lot of music in the past fifteen years, though we have heard some notable collaborations through the years.

He’s worked with some of today’s brightest stars, including Big Sean, Travis Scott, Common, and more. Today he returns with a smooth new single pairing up with Rapsody, Chika, Cordae, and Busta Rhymes. The single arrives with the announcement that Wonder has formed his own, new label So What the Fuss Music.

Stevie recently spoke with journalists during a Zoom media event. He opened up about leaving Motown Records, the only label he’s known since he was 11 years old. Mr. Wonder stated: “Even if I’ve left Motown, I never leave Motown.” He added, “That’s Detroit.” The new single, “Can’t Put It In The Hands Of Fate,” may be part of an EP Wonder may release soon. The artist released a statement that read: “In these times, we are hearing the most poignant wake-up calls and cries for this nation and the world too, please, heed our need for love, peace, and unity.”

So, while we patiently await more information on that, check out the new single in the stream below. Keep it locked for more from Stevie Wonder and look to The Culture Curators for all the best in new music coming soon!
