Keith Hufnagel’s legacy will live on. As an impactful member of the skateboarding community and a pioneer of streetwear, he will forever live on through his namesake brand, HUF. The brand started in San Francisco and became a global brand that merges skateboarding, fashion, and art. He passed away in 2020 after battling brain cancer.
To celebrate the man, Stüssy and HUF have joined forces for a small commemorative capsule collection. The new range includes a black graphic tee and a fitted New Era cap. The graphic tee features an enlarged black and white image of Hufnagel skating in mid-air. Along with the graphics are text that reads: “Wait What?! 20 Years of HUF” and “Keith Forever” on the sides. As for the headwear, the fitted New Era is adorned with “NY” to nod to his hometown, while the backside reads “Keith Forever.”
The new capsule collection honors Mr. Hufnagel in style. Take a closer look at the latest range in the images below and look for the collaboration at select HUF stores & Stüssy’s New York Chapter on Friday, May 27. In the meantime, keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more style and streetwear selections coming very soon. RIP Keith.
