After linking up with the likes of LeBron James, NYC MetroCard, and more, RIMOWA is back with another new collaboration. This time around, the travel-focused brand has partnered with DIOR on a capsule collection of luggage and handbags. In conjunction with the release, Dior has launched an airy pop-up in Paris. The pop-up includes some globe-trotting props, as well as a real helicopter that’s draped in RIMOWA’s signature aluminum gray colorway.
The range includes “Cabin” and “Trunk” suitcases, as well as the “Hand Case,” each offering unique size options. The “Cabin” and the “Trunk” offer standard-sized, while the “Hand Case” is a smaller option. The pieces come in silver, matte black, and gradient blue. Each piece has undergone a unique process that allows the Dior Oblique Motif to be inscribed onto the aluminum. The “Personal” is a portable case constructed with a leather cross-body strap. The case is offered in pink, providing the most eye-catching contrast of the bunch. Wrapping up the collection is the “Champagne Case” bottle holder. The Dior and RIMOWA pop-up is open now at the Dior Store on the Avenue des Champs-Élysées in Paris.
