In case you couldn’t tell, we appreciate fine designs, exceptional attention to detail, and outstanding craftsmanship. Today we get a look at a unique boat that blends clean design elements and sustainability for the future of green yachting. The Sarvo 37 Dayboat is a minimal design with classic appeal, offering an eye-catching way to enjoy a day on the water.
The Sarvo 37 is a 37-foot day cruiser that features recycled materials for an eco-friendly approach. The boat was created with a corrosion-resistant sea-aluminum which is adorned with synthetic wood made from 80% recycled plastic. Power comes from an in-house battery system, while it’s electric motor is capable of producing 1,280 horsepower. This generates enough power for a top speed of around 70 knots.
The vessel’s sleek design makes quite a statement, though the sharp angle of the bow is crafted for function. The design cuts through the waves like a blade, saving energy and maximizing efficiency in the process. This isn’t your typical dayboat, which is exactly why we love it.
