The Southern California based clothing label LRG is back. This time around, the imprint returns with a special new collaboration with none other than Chip The Ripper. The two have come together for an animated collection of streetwear that finds the Cleveland-native working with visual artist Nicholas Mayfield. The range includes a series of outstanding designs, offering a series of hoodies and t-shirts in the process.
The new Chip Tha Ripper x LRG capsule features a series of graphics that celebrate Chip’s journey from Ohio. Standouts include the Homeland Research T-shirt, which features a graphic by Mayfield that shows Chip going all around the globe and returning home. The Feel Good tee was inspired by the musician’s 2009 single of the same name. The Rap 4 Sale T-shirt is seen portraying the spirit of getting lifted and making music. However, on the Rap 4 Sale hoodie, a reflective logo adds nice detail and an eye-catching approach. The print’s reflection is a symbol of the ancestors coming to life, adding style and meaning in the process. This collection is colorful and unique, much like the MC himself.
Take a look at the full collection of threads in the images below and head over to LRG immediately to pick up your favorite pieces. While you’re at it, be sure to keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more style and streetwear selections coming soon.
