Who doesn’t love ice cream? If you don’t, we probably can’t be friends. The good folks over at Una Pizza Napoletana love good treat and have linked up with Morgenstern’s. The Una Collection is a limited edition line of ice cream based on Una chef/founder Anthony Mangieri’s passion for the sweet treat, boasting designs from four renowned artists complementing each new flavor.
The collection includes Una Express, an espresso ice cream with roasted Piemonte hazelnuts designed by Yusuke Hanai. The Una Tortoni boasts strawberry flavors with coconut and strawberry jam, a meringue layer, and a cherry on top, designed by Shredders Digest. Next up, the Una Royale. This concoction includes fior di latte with house-made walnut cake and orange and Italian ricotta inside, designed by Karen Lechelt. The Una Liquirzi rounds out the collaboration with heavy cream featuring New Zealand liquorice and house-made roasted marshmallows, designed by Sara Stadtmiller.
The new flavors will be available for a limited time and can be purchased individually for $15.50 at Una Pizza Napoletana’s Atlantic Highlands location in New Jersey. You can also find the flavors at Morgenstern’s Finest flagship in Manhattan or via a new vending machine, which will soon debut at Eataly’s Flatiron location.
