After going head to head with Lil Jon in an IG Live battle, T-Pain is back. This time around, the Florida native makes his way back with a brand new single. This one is called “Wake Up Dead” and finds Teddy P. linking up with none other than Chris Brown. The track serves as the latest song from his upcoming album, Precious Stones, which is slated to arrive soon. The track also serves as T-Pain’s latest collaboration with Chris Brown.
The duo follows up their previous tracks like “Kiss Kiss” and “Shawty Get Loose.” The fellas bring their a-game and showcase their respective styles seamlessly. The single is driven by these energetic drum sections, which are seamlessly paired with some slick melodic elements. The combination provides both artist’s with a nice home to do their thing and reciprocate rather nicely. These two always deliver something special together, and “Wake Up Dead” is just the latest. Don’t sleep on this one.
