Supreme is no stranger to charitable acts. They have previously given back to local and global efforts, and they are back at it again. Today the iconic skate label is back in the news, announcing its support of key social justice and civil rights charities. Supreme is putting $500,000 USD up to benefit of Black Lives Matter, Equal Justice Initiative, Campaign Zero and Black Futures Lab.
These four social justice platforms represent a variety of exceptional programs. From community-building exercises to prison reform and education campaigns, Supreme is looking to make an impact through their donations. Supreme took to Instagram and stated: “Verified The Black community has inspired and supported Supreme since day one. This week we will donate $500,000 between Black Lives Matter, Equal Justice Initiative, Campaign Zero and Black Futures Lab. We stand in solidarity with the fight for justice and equality, and will continue to invest in the community.”
