Teenage Engineering Revamps The OP-1 Synthesizer

Back in 2011, Teenage Engineering debuted the OP-1 synthesizer. The device has become an icon. Today the small but functional synthesizer is back with a series of new upgrades. It also features a new name. The OP-1 Field synthesizer keeps its mobility with a small form, including a slimmer, thinner profile. The device also features updated speakers.

The OP-1 Field includes 100 new features, including Bluetooth midi, stereo throughout its whole signal chain, reworked graphics, and 24-hour battery life. Teenage Engineering’s reimagined OP-1 Field synthesizer is now available for $2,000 USD.

Take a closer look at the device in the image up top and head over to Teenage Engineering for more information. In the meantime, keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more from the tech sector coming soon.
