The beautiful and incredibly talented, Teyana Taylor is back. 2019 has seen her invading our earspace with a few new singles, though she didn’t drop a new project. The songstress returns, doing so with a brand new track, serving up something smooth called “We Got Love.” The track arrives after the release of her two latest singles, “How You Want It” and “Morning.” She also put together an incredible performance during Red Bull’s music festival in Atlanta. Now she’s back with something new.
“We Got Love” might appear new to some; however, the track dates back to late 2018. The single was originally planned to appear on KTSE. But, due to sample clearance issues, the song did not make the cut. The single is driven by these contagious, familiar melodic elements which are paired with some slick drum work. The combination provides Teyana with a nice home to do her thing, and she certainly doesn’t fall short. She even performed the track on Saturday Night Live with Kanye West.
