The Future of Electric Cars! Mercedes-Benz Vision EQXX Concept

Ahead of the 2022 CES show, Mercedes-Benz returns with a look into the future. Today the automaker invades the news feed with a look at the  Mercedes-Benz Vision EQXX Concept. This stunning machine provides a look into the future of electric cars. The most significant advancement is the EQXX’s range of 621 miles. This is accomplished without adding more battery cells.

Instead, the company used its F1 program to create a 100 kWh battery pack that’s 50 percent smaller and 30 percent lighter than the one used in the EQS 450+. The vehicle boasts a low 0.17 drag coefficient and weight reduction tricks that help it achieve its range. The car boasts a composite construction and lightweight alloys combined with tech-like on-demand battery cooling. Power is provided by a 201 horsepower motor though the focus is on efficiency and not performance. The Vision EQXX Concept has a sleek exterior that is flawlessly complemented by a beautifully designed interior. The 47.5-inch, 4k touchscreen spans the car’s width, while all physical switches have been eliminated.

Take a closer look at this stunning new ride in the image up top, and head over to Mercedes-Benz to find out more right now. In the meantime, keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more auto-related news coming very soon.
