Another day, another new drop from the good folks over at adidas. The UltraBOOST continues to be one of the brand’s most versatile designs, and it’s back, revamped once again. Today the modern classic returns with a champion-worthy colorway for the colder months. Today we get our first look at the new adidas UltraBOOST “Goldmet”. This eye-catching iteration rocks all the comfort and performance details we’re used to, elevated with a bold, gold colorway.
The sneaker is crafted predominantly in black with a tonal grey mudguard overlay protecting the toebox. The brand with the three stripes has upgraded the silhouette with metallic gold hardware found by the signature stripes on the midfoot cage and the heel counter. The gold color scheme extends across the entire toebox outlining the grey mudguard. While also seen on the adidas logo by the tongue. The sneaker is also host to the usual BOOST midsole, which comes completely blacked out for a striking contrast. This makes a nice touch against the reflective gold. The sneakers are then finished off with a Continental treaded outsole for enhanced performance during the winter season.
