The Green Life! Juno Sustainable Housing

After working at Apple as a design director, BJ Siegel is turning his focus to residential design. The designer has aligned with Juno, a sustainable housing company that aims to reimagine urban living. In doing so, they have designed and created a mass timber apartment building. Designed to be replicated, the sleek, innovative structures offer a modular approach with 33 components that are sustainably made from low-carbon materials.

The interiors are crafted to promote wellness, boasting bright, airy living spaces, organic surfaces, and adaptive lighting. Integrated software will keep residents connected to their homes and their communities, offering a unique living experience all the way around. While the first Juno building is currently under construction in East Austin, it’s not slated to open until Spring of 2022. Juno is looking to change modern housing, offering up unique, modern designs with a sustainable allure that is unrivaled at the moment.

Take a closer look at the images and head over to Juno to find out more. In the meantime, keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more design and outstanding architecture coming soon.
