Ahead of the release of the highly anticipated Louis Vuitton x Nike Air Force 1, the fashion house returns. The label is back with a special celebration that honors the upcoming release of the collaborative sneakers. LV has put together an immersive digital activation that will display the 47 Louis Vuitton x Nike Air Force 1 editions.
The bespoke pairs were designed by Abloh himself and manufactured in Maison’s Manufacture in Fiesso d’Artico, Venice, Italy. The sneakers seamlessly blend LV’s finest leather with the iconic Nike silhouette. The 47 pairs envisioned by Virgil Abloh will be displayed in multiple installations in New York City and other cities worldwide. The exhibition nods to Abloh and his one-of-a-kind and holistic spatial experience.
The exhibition includes an in-depth view of the sneakers, while a treehouse pays homage to Abloh’s youthful mind. The interior of the treehouse is recreated to have the same detailed spaces from the Louis Vuitton studio and atelier he furnished on Rue du Pont-Neuf in Paris.
