There is something stylish, compelling, and unique about modern design when it comes to architecture. While we’ve seen some outstanding examples as of late, today we take a look inside something different. The HH47 House was designed by JUMA Architects as their personal home. The dwelling is located in Belgium’s Sint-Martens-Latem, offering a minimalist contrast to the area.
The home features three volumes, which have been tucked away into the landscape. Private and secluded, the home offers a private retreat away from the street. The volumes are seen in varying heights, organized around an inner court, and consist of an office for the owners, a garage, and living spaces.
The first level is host to the master bedroom, while the remaining rooms are situated on the ground floor in a linear layout. The interior boasts a clean, neutral palette, while a glazed entrance between the kitchen and living space offers ample natural light and views of the garden. There is also a small patio that connects the interior to the outdoors, offering a perfect escape from reality.
This home is nothing short of remarkable, a unique example of contemporary design. Take a closer look at the HH47 House in the images and head over to JUMA Architects to learn more. In the meantime, keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more examples of modern architecture coming very soon.
