The Vegas Modern 001 House isn’t your typical residence. The design seamlessly blends the shine of the Las Vegas strip with the landscapes of the Mojave desert, doing so with an impressive and eye-catching result.
The structure was designed by Blue Heron and is situated on a 1.26-acre lot at the Dragon’s Reserve community in MacDonald Highlands. The 15,000 square foot spec house pushes the limits of engineering, doing so while providing exceptional attention to detail throughout. The dwelling features five bedrooms, including details such as a floating staircase with a cantilever bridge overlooking the strip, a great room that expands out to a 2,000 square foot reflection pool, and more.
The home also features a sky suite with a 40-foot glazed wall situated at the end of a glass bridge. However, all that luxury is also host to a sustainable approach, including an off-grid power setup and a smart biophilic system. The property is spacious and unique, and it could be yours.
