The Most Powerful Yet | Ducati Unveils The Superleggera V4

The good folks over at Ducati are back, and they are bringing more power to the road. Two years after the debut of the Panigale V4, Ducati is back with its most powerful bike yet. Today we get our first look at the Superleggera V4. This stunning machine comes strapped with over 20 horsepower more than its predecessor. The engine is capable of pushing out 220 horsepower in its standard configuration and around 234 horsepower when kitted and tuned for the track.

The bike also comes in around 35 pounds lighter, weighing in at 350 pounds. This weight reduction comes from the use of carbon fiber, titanium, and magnesium. The bike is also set to be the only street-legal motorcycle available with a carbon fiber chassis, wheels, and swingarm. Ducati has teamed up with the Swedish experts Öhlines for a pressurized fork, lightweight aluminum fork bottoms, and a titanium shock-absorber spring. Elsewhere we see Brembo brakes with Stylema R calipers, as well as Akrapovič exhausts, which vary between the street and the track iterations. The bike is limited to just 500 units, each one numbered individually.

The Superleggera V4 will be available sometime in June. Check out the eye-catching and powerful new machine in the images below and head over to Ducati to find out more about the bike immediately. In the meantime, keep it locked with The Culture Curators for more new rides and modern power coming soon.
