The good folks over at PUMA are back at it once again. Today the sportswear giant expands on its partnership with J. Cole and his Dreamville record label. The duo has come together to drop off a brand new iteration of the RS-Dreamer. The new colorway dubbed the RS-Dreamer “Proto” is inspired by a striking colorway that was never intended to be released. The design comes from one of those early-stage colorways, boasting vivid colors and unique details throughout.
The sneaker offers the same low-cut construction thought rocking an anchored lacing system. The “Porto” stands out by mixing tones of bold hues and clean accents along the way. The upper is crafted from a white mesh that is overlaid with gray suede. A textile “tubing” wraps around the heel, meeting up with the laces and rocking a bright blue touch.
Neon green is found on the tongue tab, while the Dreamville hit is seen on the black heel clip. PUMA‘s signature Formstrip is disguised on the midsole, while grey tones blend in with the forefoot’s pink blocks and the neon heel piece.
